A healthy sport quotient not only ensures good stamina but also refines skills, develops strategies, nurtures team work and builds leadership qualities. It is once again a proud moment of elation, and exhilaration for G D Goenka Public School,when Piyush of class VIII has bagged silver medal in Martial arts, hand to hand fighting Competition which was held in Lucknow on 26th March to 30th March at National level.There were 500 participants in total, in which 190 were in Sub - Junior category.Among these 4 students were qualified from India. The shining star Piyush of G D Goenka Public School from Sirsa is also selected for international competition in Uzbekistan. He will soon be playing. Kudos to him for this glory. We wish him all the very best for his future endeavour
