G.D. Goenka Public School, Sirsa, had the privilege of hosting a comprehensive career counseling session by Ms. Shruti Anand Malhotra, Regional Manager - Admissions & Outreach from G.D. Goenka University. The session commenced with a spiritual note, as students and staff paid homage to Saraswati Maa, seeking blessings for the fruitful event ahead. Ms. Malhotra engaged students with insightful discussions about career opportunities, offering guidance on how to pursue their dreams. She highlighted various courses available after Grade 10 and 12, covering fields like Engineering and Sciences, Centre of Excellence in occupational health, safety, fire and Environment, Hospitality and Tourism, Healthcare and Allied Sciences, Law, Liberal Arts, Agricultural Sciences, Management Courses, Fashion and Design, Centre of Excellence for Advance Research. Ms. Malhotra’s approach was not just to promote higher education but to empower students to make informed choices about their careers. Recognizing that many students come from agricultural backgrounds, she motivated them to explore farming-related courses and encouraged them to embrace their heritage in innovative ways.
